About us

Who is behind the site

formel-1-livestream.de is a private project by Markus Ochmann, who is responsible for all content (details in the legal notice). The domain has existed since 2019.

Why the site exists

Anyone who wants to watch Formula 1 needs two answers above all: when does the session start, and which broadcaster shows it? This site answers both. It also covers results, championship standings and statistics since 1950. Everything comes from our own database, which is updated and checked continuously.

How the content is created

Figures, tables and times come from our database. Where the data comes from and how we check it is explained in our methodology. Longer texts such as race reviews, news and biographies are written by an AI based on this data. They are labelled at the start of the text and checked automatically before and after publication. We list errors and changes under corrections.

Funding

The site is free and funded through labelled affiliate links. If you sign up for an offer via such a link, we receive a commission; your price stays the same. Results, statistics and broadcaster information are independent of this.

Unofficial

This website is unofficial and is not associated in any way with the Formula 1 companies.
